The chef prepares fresh food each day. There is a regular menu available.  In addition there are daily specials for both lunch and evening. On Sundays there is a separate menu with both traditional roasts and specials. There is a full menu of desserts. Bar snacks are also available

Meals are served in both bars and the restaurant. The restaurant is also available for celebrations, parties and functions, with menus tailored to the occasion and budget

The draught beer is from prize-winning Harveys of Lewes, with other beers from local breweries. There is an interesting list of wines from Europe and the new world, served by the glass and bottle.
